FOLKE Dreams of the Land of Israel
For the nonfiction book Folka Dreams of the Land of Israel by Shifra First-Gibraltar, I created the complete visual design, handling the layout, pagination, and illustrations. The book narrates the journey of Raphael (Folka) Gibraltar, from his life in Lithuania through the Kovno Ghetto, labor camps, the Altalena, and finally his arrival in Land of Israel. This project, which allowed me to bring a historical narrative to life visually.
Was published in its first edition in May 2023.
